Belly Dance

  • Level 1:

    Belly dancing is natural to a woman's muscle and bone structure with movements emanating from the torso rather than in the legs and feet. At this level, students will learn basic moves and the principles of isolation.

  • Level 2:

    At this level, students will work on isolating different areas of the body to move in sensuous patterns and weave together the entire feminine form. Students must attend Level 1 or have an instructor's approval before attending this class.

Chair Dance

  • Level 1:

    Students will learn a sexy, burlesque-style chair dance routine. This class provides a great cardio workout and strengthens the core and legs.

  • Level 2:

    At this level, students will learn floor to chair transitions that require more strength and balance. Expect shoulder stands and faster paced steps! Students must attend Level 1 or have an instructor's approval before attending this class.

Yoga

  • This class presents yoga sequences specifically designed to strengthen and rehabilitate polers' most worked muscle groups. Students will strengthen their cores, understand their bodies' alignment, and deepen their flexibility. This class provides a challenge with arm balances, muscle engagement, and proper breathing techniques. All levels welcome!

Floorwork and Transitions

  • Bringing pole fitness to the floor, we will roll, grind, bump, and flex. Learn to move from one pole to the other with style and grace. Maneuver around the room – from the wall to the floor to the pole and back again!
