Pole Fitness

  • Level 1:

    Find your inner beast! This class introduces basic spins and techniques, as well as conditioning, circuit training, transitions, and inversion preps.

  • Level 2:

    Unleash your inner beast! This class builds on spins and techniques to create combos, turns up the intensity with conditioning and circuit training, and sends students skyward as they begin to invert. Instructors may incorporate pole silks, as appropriate. Students must attend Level 1 or have an instructor's approval before attending this class.

Pole Dance

  • Level 1:

    Great for any fitness level! This class introduces steps, spins, and transitions, while getting familiar with the pole. Bring along your favorite pair of heels, if you're feeling adventurous!

  • Level 2:

    NShimmy down to the roots of pole! Learn to be slinky, sensual, sassy, and strong. This class focuses on conditioning, spins, floorwork, and transitions. Put it all together and dance like the diva you feel like! Heels are welcome. Instructors may incorporate pole silks, as appropriate. Students must attend Level 1 or have an instructor's approval before attending this class.

Pole Tricks and Inversions

  • Level 3:

    Now that students are airborne, they will perfect their choppers, learn proper inversions, leg hangs, and hip holds, along with some tricks and combos. Instructors may incorporate pole silks, as appropriate. Students must attend Level 2 or have an instructor's approval before attending this class.

  • Level 4:

    This is an advanced pole class where students will perfect handsprings, drops and learn/create new tricks and combos. Instructors may incorporate pole silks, as appropriate. Students must attend Level 3 or have an instructor’s approval before attending this class.

PeeWee Polers

  • This class is open to ages 5-17. Students will learn teamwork, flexibility, listening skills, and the importance of an active and healthy lifestyle. Older students can transition to adult classes with an instructor's approval.

Open Pole

  • Do you want to practice all the spins and tricks you learned this week? Do you need some time on the pole to strengthen and condition? This open level class provides space for self-directed students to practice. An instructor is present to provide a spot and ensure safety.
